Effective October 26, 2026. Seller: DRSPEP LLC, operating Doctors Peptides.
This policy describes personal information used to operate drspeptides.com. The current storefront runs on WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted by Flywheel. Online ordering and payment collection are currently disabled. Records from the earlier storefront may remain in Shopify; this policy does not change the seller or terms applicable to an earlier purchase.
Information can include your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery details, account credentials, business or professional details and documents submitted for account verification, research and age declarations, order records and support communications. Provide accurate information, but do not send patient records, medical histories, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents through ordinary email or public forms.
Information required for an account or transaction must be provided for that function to work. Optional marketing consent is separate from account and order communications.
Site operation involves technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs and interactions with store functions. Cookies support login, cart sessions, security and preferences. External website resources can receive technical request information when your browser loads them.
Browser settings can limit or remove cookies, although blocking necessary cookies can affect login and cart functions. Where optional cookie or marketing controls are presented, you can use those controls. Contact us to request an applicable opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, to ask which optional tools are active, or to ask about a browser privacy signal. We will address requests and recognized signals as required by applicable law.
We use relevant information to administer accounts and eligibility verification, operate and secure the storefront, answer support requests, manage orders when ordering is available, prevent fraud and maintain records required for legal, accounting and dispute purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers needed for these activities, including hosting and website services, communications services and, when used for an order, payment, fraud-prevention, fulfillment and delivery services. Available payment methods and relevant provider disclosures will be identified before payment collection begins. We may also disclose information with your direction or where law requires or permits disclosure to protect legal rights.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Access, retention and deletion depend on the purpose of the information, applicable legal and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, disputes and valid preservation requirements. Backups and records subject to lawful retention may remain after an operational record is removed.
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability and an opt-out of certain processing, as well as an appeal where applicable. Email us with a description of your request. We may verify identity proportionately; do not send identity documents unless directed to an appropriate secure process.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation or denial. You may request review of a decision through the same contact address. Applicable rights may be exercised without unlawful discrimination. You can request a marketing opt-out by email or use an unsubscribe option in a marketing message; essential account, security and order messages are separate.
Store accounts are intended for adults aged 21 or older. Contact us if information appears to have been submitted contrary to that restriction. Providers may process information in locations different from yours; contact us with questions about an applicable transfer or safeguard. Cross-border processing remains subject to applicable legal requirements.
Material changes will be published with an updated effective date, with additional notice or consent where required. A privacy policy is a notice about processing, not blanket consent to every optional use of information.
