Cancellations before dispatch
Contact us promptly with your order reference. If the order has not shipped and can be stopped, we will cancel without a cancellation fee and refund the amount paid. If it has shipped, the return process below applies. Applicable cancellation and delayed-shipment rights remain in place independently of this process.
14-day voluntary returns
Request return authorization within 14 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, have intact seals and a verifiable storage history. Lawful transport and product-specific safety restrictions also apply; any product-specific exclusion must be disclosed before purchase, not introduced afterward.
After authorization, dispatch the return within 14 calendar days using the destination and instructions we provide. Do not send a return to our business correspondence address without authorization. Retain tracking and proof of shipment.
Return costs
There is no restocking fee. For a voluntary change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and original delivery charges are generally not refundable. This does not limit mandatory refund rights. Where we are responsible for a wrong, damaged or defective item, we cover reasonable authorized return costs and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Wrong, damaged, defective or missing items
Contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem. Keep packaging and relevant photographs where reasonably possible. We may request information necessary to investigate, but a carrier delivery scan alone does not eliminate applicable customer rights. The voluntary 14-day return window does not shorten mandatory rights.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be initiated within five business days after we receive and verify an eligible return, or after approval when no return is required. Any shorter legal deadline takes precedence. Refunds normally use the original payment method; bank posting times vary. We will not substitute store credit for a monetary refund required by law.
Current ordering status
Online ordering is currently disabled. These terms describe the returns arrangement for purchases when ordering becomes available. For an earlier order, contact us with its reference so the applicable seller and terms can be identified; this policy does not retroactively reduce existing rights.
