Our selected shipping offer is free overnight shipping on orders over $300. Overnight shipping on other orders is $40. Standard shipping is a two-business-day service. The standard-service price and available destinations will be shown before payment once ordering is enabled.
International shipping is not currently offered. Service availability depends on the destination and carrier. Overnight and two-business-day descriptions refer to carrier transit after dispatch, not the time between placing an order and receiving it. No delivery date is promised while ordering remains disabled.
Before payment, available service, delivery charges and applicable processing or dispatch timing must be disclosed. Tracking will be provided when available. Holidays, carrier exceptions and destination restrictions may affect transit. Product-specific storage and transport requirements must match the supplier’s documented instructions and the actual fulfillment method.
If we cannot ship within an applicable promised time, we will provide the required notice, explain revised timing and offer the cancellation and refund choices required by law. We will not replace a required monetary refund with store credit.
For incorrect items, damage, loss or a delivery concern, contact us with the order reference and relevant information. Keep packaging where reasonably possible. A carrier’s tracking status does not eliminate applicable rights or our responsibility to investigate.
